“Invataxi” – a free transportation service offered to a limited number of individuals with disabilities.
Orders for the service are submitted by phone and distributed by the
by the dispatching service on a first-come, first-served basis. The service is provided
by appointment.
Date,
time
and route of each service are agreed by the dispatching service with the customer in
oral
form.
To register as a potential client of the transportation service, who applied for the
first time,
you must provide:
– copy of passport of the applicant in the form of a booklet (1, 2 pages and
pages with a note
about
place of registration) or a copy of the passport in the form of a plastic card with
contactless
electronic
type ID-1 (front and back);
– birth certificate
the child’s birth certificate and the passport of one of the parents;
– a document confirming the category of a person with disabilities
(disability).
Before the trip, provide the original documents to the driver for the purpose of photo-fixation of their authenticity. At the end of the trip, the driver provides the passenger with an Act of acceptance – transfer of the provided service, which indicates the passenger’s personal data (surname, first name, patronymic, year of birth), the start and end time of the trip, waiting time, and the passenger’s arrival/dearrival address. When the following services are ordered, full identification is not required. It is enough for the driver to take a picture of the passenger and send it to the dispatcher. The dispatcher fixes the trip route.
